George Patterson, a well-known church planting trainer, challenged me to consider the traditions of men and their affect on indiginous peoples when attempting to plant churches. What structures have we created that are not Biblical? How might we be hindering the work of the Holy Spirit in such structures? What do those structures communicate and how might they be received? I'll be chewing on these types of questions for years to come....and as George says, "mistakes will be made and that is ok". Praise the Lord that His grace abounds and that He will fulfill His promise to reach all nations
